SHEET MUSIC

“It really strikes me as the ideal continuation of a style, of an aesthetic. I imagine that if Bach had lived for another 340 years, he would have written his final works like this; I don’t quite know how to put it . . . I mean: it’s not ‘ancient’ music or a stylistic exercise. It’s like looking at the contemporary world through the eyes of that time.”

Simone Pierini
Harpsichordist, organist and pianist
